I have a Blanco 157-081-ST Single handle, satin finish faucet that leaks. I'm trying to get to the cartridge but don't know how to take off the handle. I've removed a single screw on the handle body but it still doesn't come off and I don't know if there are other screws that need to come out. Any help, please? Thanks

If the screw you have removed is a set screw then you shuold be able to remove the handle. If it has been on there awhile you may need to pry on it with the handle in the full open state. Use something that will not mar the handle.

Yes the leak is the washer. You can get a new washer at any hardware store. Just take the damaged washer with you and have someone at the store help you.

Here is the washer size according to the manual 20X12X2.5

I have a single handle blanco classic that is leaking around the base I have removed the handle and cartridge but cant figure out how to remove the sprayer to replace the seal

You need to turn the water off under the sink. Disconnect the sprayer hose from the threaded shank under the center of the faucet body. Pull the spray head out of the faucet. Contact Blanco to receive your faucet parts free.

Leaky Blanco Single Lever Kitchen Faucet with separate sprayer

You only need one small o-ring. If you put two of them it will not work properly and will mostlikely leak like crazy. If this helped please rate.

How to replace cartridge on blanco single handle

Somewhere around where the handle fixes to the tap should be a grubscrew of some kind undoing this will allow the handle to be removed this will give you access to the cartridge which can then be removed with the correct socket, obviously you will need to turn off the water supply to the tap first!!
