Try running it without phantom power. If it still doesn't work, try another input. If that still doesn't help, then there is a problem with the phantom power itself. Have it looked at by a qualified amplifier technician.

HAve you tried a different lead? Try a friends mic that you know works on your mixer. Its usually a process of elimination. You substitute a known working one and see what happens. Is the little LED lighting up when its turned on?
