  • Hi i have a Sony handycam DCR HC39E PAL but i have lost the installation CD!! Please can you tell me where and how to get the software i need, can i download it? Thanku Claire

    yes i have the same problem. And when i try to download drivers from sony they tell me to give some kind of serial number which is appeare on the back side of the book. i only have the camera and cables. where can i find drivers??

I've lost the cd, where can i download a copy?
Call or email the sony support team. You can have them send you a new cd. It may cost a couple of bucks thought. If you need it for free you can try to find it on a peer to peer network but the chances of finding are slim and it will take some work.
