It was very simple .Go to the file manager open the theme folder select any one of the file you like just press apply you can switch yo that theme.if their is only one theme in your folder you can download more themes in internet it is free of cost just search in google free your phone's model number themes .you can find thousands of themes

If it just the one theme that says file corrupt, then you should choose another one or download the theme again.
If all themes say file corrupt when you try and select them, then you should update the software in your handset.
