I have an unlisted wrist watch #UL 1008 S60. The battery died si I replaced it. The digital is now working but the hands on the face don't move??? - Dave

Are the hands moving but out of step with the digital display?

If so then try pressing the "mode" button to reach a mode that allows you to set the hands (on my Casio it is "HS"), I would expect something similar on yours.

You can then alter the hands by pressing one of the other buttons. I would expect one button to advance the hands and another to ****** them.
