SMS Forwarding Does anyone know if it's possible to forward iphone sms txt msg's to another phone, such as the call forward function works?

For iPhones using firmware 3.0 or higher, forwarding of SMS messages is a built in feature. To forward a text message, simply
1) view the SMS text message conversation containing the message you'd like to forward
2) tap EDIT at the top of the screen
3) check off the message(s) you'd like to forward
4) tap FORWARD at the bottom right of the screen
For those using older firmware, there is a third-party application for the iPhone, iSMS (or weiSMS), with which it is possible to send text messages to multiple individuals as well as forward text messages

By default you can forward sms on the Iphone . You would have to download and install a third party software on the phone , to solve the problem

Unfortunately it's not possible to forward texts with the SMS application that comes with the iPhone.

There is a third party application that allows forwarding text messages, but it appears to be available only for jailbroken phones: http://www.iphonefaq.org/archives/97332

There should be a third party app available in the app store soon with more robust SMS features.

Unfortunately for you, the iPhone does not have any SMS forwarding software built in to the phone.
and due to the iPhones Closed source operating system, the SMS application and the other core applications are not allowed to be edited and customised in any way .

so unfortunately doesnt look like there will ever be an SMS forwarding program for the iPhone.

1 - at present the iphone does not allow you to edit and sms
2- nor can an iphone forward an sms but maybe a third party app will do the job
3- I'm not sure of the problem please clarify
4- Bluetooth on iphone can only 'pair' with a headset or some hands-free car kits at present pairing with other phones/computers etc cannot be done

sorry brother,since the software is in chat and conversation format,you cannot edit of forward the sms

connect it thru wifi and download SMSD APPLICATION or iSMS AND DEN U cn forward msgs

The iphone does not support forwarding messages straight out of the box. If you have jailbroken your iphone you can install an app called weTool which allows you to forward sms, send to many, delete individual texts and call records one at a time. Its a very useful tool!

you need to have installer application on the phone and the program is called smds, that will forward your sms. good luck
