Hi Florence. The link below is a short youtube video on how to rest the pattern code on your phone, The

Which Password? Bios Password? Hard Drive Password? Windows Welcome Screen User Logon Password?
Which Operating System? Windows XP? Windows Vista? Windows 7?
OK, if you are running Windows 7, Microsoft tightenedsecurity on it so you've got to have a password reset disk which 99% of thepeople who own laptops with windows 7 fail to do. It should be one of thefirst things you do when you buy the laptop. Otherwise, you're faced withreinstalling the Operating System or possibly doing a System Recovery.
If you're on Windows XP or Vista try this:
Turn off the computer, then hit the power button to turn it back on andimmediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see the Safe Modeoption. Select SAFE MODE and let the computer boot up. When it getsto the User Login screen it will show the Administrator userid and the useridfor which you forgot the password. Sign in as the Administrator (hopefullyyou didn't put a password on it and forgot it too). Once the desktopappears it will look different, the screen will be darker and the icons bigger, but this is normal for safe mode.
Click Start/Control Panel/User Accounts When the User Accounts screen opens, click on the userid for which you forgotthe password. Select the option to REMOVE PASSWORD.

I believe probably the easiest and safest way for you is remove your Windows OS Passwords with Windows Password Recovery tools. I found a good one at http://www.reset-windows-password.com last week, and then I downloaded it and used it to remove the lost password within only few minutes. Furthermore, the powerful tool didn't cause a little data lose. It's worth an attempt.
You can get a Password Reset disc download and burn to CD. Copy/paste the address below, into your address bar of your browser. http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/cd080802.zip Download this file and burn it to CD. Put into drive and turn on PC, and boot from the CD. Follow instructions, choose the correct USER. & BLANK the password. make sure you say OK to write the data, and reboot. The logon password will now be reset blank. The above is for Windows. If however your is Linux, then the below applies to you. Go to that link, below, and follow instructions to reset password.http://aplawrence.com/Linux/lostlinuxpassword.html

The experience that I forgot Windows password happened to me a few weeks ago. And my classmate recommends me to take use of Windows Password Recovery 6.0, which is very smart and just take me a short time to reset a new password. It is great and you can find it by clicking blue words。
Try going into safe mode when starting the laptop....to do this press F5 or F8 (can't remember off hand which on )just keep tapping both as the comp. starts up....when the screen pops up select safe mode then your operating system ....you may have to select administrator as the user? then go into the control panel under users and select the user and delete the password off the user....
Hope this helps
