A general solution that worked for me the other day...go into the website and change it there. If your phone is locked up, that is your only solution besides calling your provider (from a different phone) for live technical support to bypass that password and set up a new one.

If it's just the voicemail the website should do it..

Try 0000,last five digits of your phone or 12345

do a hard reset *2767*3855#

Enter the menu, select settings (4,) phone settings (3) security (3) and enter in your password (which will default to either 0000 or 1111 I believe) then select lock (3) and chose the lock now option.

The good news is that you might well have forgotten that the default password on the phone is either 0000 (that's four zeros) or 00000000 (that's eight zeros).
