When i turn on the washer it won't start& water keeps flowing into washing machine. does the water flows or not suppose to flow into the washing machine from the inlet valve?

water into a washing machine is controlled by a tube in the side of the bowl up to a pressure switch
as the water level rises in the bowl, pressure in the switch is built up until it overcomes the setting that you have made for a water level on the wash size selection switch
at this point it turns off the inlet solenoid switch and starts the wash cycle
If the water solenoid is burnt out then water will continue to come in and over flow the bowl but it should be washing as well
If the water is not stopping then check for a disconnected hose to the switch or ma hose full of water
failing all that get a washing machine mechanic in

My tank on my nouva simonilli Program machine keeps filling even with no power to the machine. I thought it might be the valve just after the pump (looks like it needs a certin pressure to open the valve...

There are 2 1/4 turn valves under the black safety cover under the drain tray, make sure the one closest to the inlet solenoid is turned off. If that is off and water still flows into the boiler then one of the exchangers might be damaged.

The flow meter inside the machine has a little dirt in it. The machine is not sensing the rinse water flowing through the system because the flow meter is blocked.

Hi You have a flow meter that needs to be replaced. It has probably been plugged with a coffee chip (usual cause) when the water tank was off. If the flow meter is restricted water can't flow or flow fast enough to spin the flow meter and the machine won't work.

The water keep flowing out when it is on. Why?

This is what we call a syphone effect //locate the drain hose at the back of the machine and lift it up it is more than likely laying too low to the ground the hose should come out the machine and up about half way to the top of the machine then into the drain out let set hose like this and you shpuld have no more free flow of water

We have recently bought a Maytag Epic front load washer and F & H keeps comming up...what's the problem?

FH is an indication the the machine is not sensing enough water flowing into the machine....
The only thing you can do without taking the machine apart is to disconnect the water hoses to the back of your machine and inspect the filter screens for any type of debris that might be restricting water flow into the machine. Typically, the cold water line is more susceptible to foreign matter than the hot waterline.
If screens appear OK then the problem may be with the water fill valve, water flow sensor, water pressure switch or blockage in the water pressure switch hose.

Drum will not spin

If your water keeps flowing out, it could be that the pipe behind is not at the correct level, about three feet from ground level; your pump pumps the water out OVER this height. It should not be at ground level.
