My phone screen is green when you look down at it and white when u look down at it.
i havent done anything to it .
it will charge and the off button works but no other buttons work.
i have searched all over the enternet but there were no problems that matched mine.
please help!!!!

I have the same problem my friend . My Chocolate has been working fine for nearly 7 months now . And randomly it just de-pixellized infront of my eyes and the screen broke down to pure white . I suggest taking it in to a cellphone store for them to have a look at it .
if its not a battery problem, then i would bring it in to the companys service center. if it might be a battery problem, try charging it and see if it lights up
hav your phone serviced. that has an issue internal. they might have to replace some chips for that. youve checked the battery and still does the same thing.
There is special battery identifying circuit inside the phone. It seems it needs to repair. Only skilled technician can do the job. Ask fixya for nearby repairman. Is it helping to take decision then don't forget to vote.
