Which means you are not getting any video, I am guessing you have tried all inputs like video 1,2,3 etc and tuner air or cable. If you have then it's your video board.

mine does the same thing, before... it would come on when i turned it on & off. But now it blue screens then blank black. Blue means if it stays blue & i turn on my computer it will show all the computer stuff, i have not used TV yet.. But if you can get it to stay blue you can change things with the cc control, or swap.. If you find how to keep it blue let me know please..
Hi! the blue menu screen can be turned off by pressing the same button that caused it to appear. In most cases pressing the "Menu" button on the remote or TV-control will make the blue menu screen disappear..
My tv too had a blue screen problem. Then it started to shut down after staying on for less than a minute. it maybe you blue crt (picture tube). mine turn blue and then shuts off. i got it repaired for 460. 300 for the part 160 to install. you can try to adjust the voltage settings behind the speaker screen and see if that clears the problem. if not its you blue crt.
