Type in the website address when you get to the home page for the site click on sign in then use the username box for your sign in then the lower box for the password if you can remember them or go thru the reset password if you can remember the email account used as the backup
Make sure the remote is in SAT mode, and try again. If it is, it sounds
like the remote may just need to be re-addressed to the receiver. Access
the system information screen. On the bottom if a 'Primary Remote
Address' and a 'Secondary Remote Address'. Note the number listed.
With the remote in SAT mode, press the record button three times, and
see if the remote address number changes. If not, hold the SAT button
until all lights on the remote come on. Once they do, let go and SAT
will be blinking. Enter a number between 1 and 15 (different from what's
already listed) and press Pound (#). Press record 3 times again, and
the number should change to the one you chose.
If it did, try the functions again and see if it is working, if it's still having problems let me know!
Could do with being a bit more specific, in the sense that your either asking for a code to enter into a Univeral Remote that would allow it to function as a Starview Remote, or your asking about the code you enter on the Starview Remote itself in order to access the hidden menu.
If the latter is the case, then presuming you know what uou need to do before you get to the point before you enter the code, then try using "8989". I've heard 0000
When you bought it it came with a manual containing all the codes. Identify your brand and model of the device, search thru the manual and input the corresponding code. If there are several of them try one at a time till you stumble on the correct one.
have you set an ip address to your copier? made sure there are no cloned address (or other networking related problem) around? once you do access to the copier thru that IP address, simply type the address in your browser and you must access the RUI (Remote User Interface). From there you should be able to see your copier's status and everything. Make sure it is online and ready to print, and then unistall it from the computer and install it as a local printer connected thru a tcp/ip port. once you finish all that give a try and let me know.
make sure that modem is connected to the linksys, and cords are properly seated.
if cords are seated correctly, hard wire computer to linksys first.
second, access the linksys software thru 192.168.1.1 on the address bar on internet explorer browser.
third,if you will see pop-up box asking for username and password.username must be left blank and password must be set to admin.
forth, inside the linksys software try to access wireless settings.
