1. prepare cd Hirens Boot cd
2.do the settings in bios for boot sequence
3.insert hirens boot cd then restart the computer
4.the process wil begin booting from the cd , will appear the following :
5.select option no3"password and registry tools..." then press enter button
6.then select option no1" active password changer..."then press enter button

If you are referring to the Bios Password, removed the battery and push down the power button for about 30 to 60 seconds to reset it (this apply to major brands). If it does not work, you might have to open apart and removed the bios battery for about 5 seconds.
Now, if you are referring to the Windows Password, there are many software that can help you to achieved this (Google it). Normally, in Windows XP you press down the following key combination: Crtl + Alt and press the Del button twice (during log on screen) this will bring the Log on to Windows screen where Username can be try as Administrator with no password, allowing you to get inside and change your password.
