make sure that the maximum lenght for the label is set to something greater than the physical length of the label. I was having this issue with a 4x3 label. As soon as I increased the maximum lenght to 5 inches it worked.
please kindly check the ribbon and label... make it sure that it fits exactly or properly or correctly fits the said consumables... if its not work check the settings...
Did you design the label? Do you have any control over the label design? This is usually a sign that the printer is trying to excede the page limit (usually by one dot row) and is going to the next label to finish. By making the label length slightly smaller, you can stop this.
Ok so the printer is calibrating and printing which means the fault lies with the display, or power to the display pcb. Check the fuse on the mlb, if that is ok then order p/n G79302M (display panel)
The printer is Z4M or Z4M plus? I found this error at z4m plus and the solution is to change the motherboard.

if you are not using a ribbon you should configure your printer properties in direct thermal the same with your printer configuration in LCD Panel, if your printer properties is different with the LCD Panel error condition ribbon out will come out to your LCD Panel
try to run the manual calibratio from the setings.
run "manual calibration"
move the ribbon out from the sensor (with the print head open) and take out 3 or 4 labels from the rollar and put that blank label paper unther the sensors on the left,
say "ok"
wen appear "reload all"
put the ribbon and the normal labels on the correct possition, and say "ok"
try to run sext the sensor profile.
save data (twice on "setup button")
tur off, and on again.
