See page 18 of the saltwater instruction guide ... 93 means it is on stand-by, power saving mode. Nothing is wrong, it's just waiting for the timer to tell it to turn back on automatically. If you want the system to be on right now, just turn the power switch off, wait a couple seconds and turn it back on.

Time to get a new TV. I have similar problem. In my case, the set turns off, LED blinking green for about a minute or 2, then the set will turn on by itself. Something the LED started to blink yellow after blinking green and then shuts off. I can turn it back on. This happens 3 or 4 times in an hour. After that, the TV stays on for as many hours as I want until I shut it off.
And then the problem repeats everytime I turn it on from a cold start.
I have my eyes on the 50 inch Plasma from Panasonic. Bestbuy has one for 999.99.
check capacitors, make sure the condensor coil is clean. sounds like the compressor is overheating. is the condensor fan motor still turning when it stops cooling. if not check low voltage wires to condensor, furnace and t-stat
My TV did the same thing for a couple of years. It is the precursor to the capasitor going out on the DM board. The good thing is that the capacitors only cost around 4 dollars if you can soldier them yourself.
I have never worked on a Mitsubishi with this problem but I have seen it in other sets. Most notably Zenith sets from about the same time. The Zenith sets have an electrolytic capacitor which fails (changes value) and causes the power supply to switch at a lower frequency. If the frequency is low enough the set will never turn on but if it is not less than half the operating frequency the set may turn on sometimes and run forever or not. It sounds like your Mitsu has a similar problem. This would not be an expensive fix but probably is beyond your expertise.
