What you are looking to do is block ports.
BitTorrent ports operate on ports 6881-6999.

Keep in mind that blocking these ports, will not absolutely block downloads of torrents, but will block the default ports used for such activities.

To do this, the router make and model number would be required.

In consumer grade routers that most home users have access to, this is made really easy in the settings, and can usually find assistance with a 1-800 number. Someone can walk you through step by step.

Hopefully I have given you a start!

Serial keys get blocked by Acoustica, but you may use the Mixcraft Pro Studio portable version without using the serial key. You can download it from http://adf.ly/nEPcj (click SKIP AD after clicking the link). This is a torrent and you can download it using uTorrent app or using IDM. I can not downloads song from utorrent

There can be a few things that stop utorrent.

Your ISP is blocking the torrent data. A few do this to keep the traffic down.

There are no seeds or the torrent is dead.

Your router is blocking the ports.

If you see the green check down near the clock then it is connecting. When you highlight the torrent and then click on the tabs you should see how many seeds and so on. If there are no seed or the availability is zero it is a dead torrent.

If you are looking for a few mp3's you can try www.beemp3.com that is a mp3 only search and download site (also free).

I dont know how to download it

Well, it depends on what your are trying to download.. -If its from a site, click the link. make sure you click 'yes' or 'ok' to download when your computer asks you! Look for a yellow bar at the top of the page to see if your browser might be blocking the download by blocking the popup for it, or if you need a plug in do download.
- If its a "torrent" download you need torrent downloader software.
- If its downloading from a "FTP server", you need 'ftp client' software.
Hope this helps!

How to block certain website and prevent downloading torrent .

Not really a monitor issue, but here goes.

Torrents require a P2P software program to be downloaded. Without such a program, like BitTorrent, FrostWire, LimeWire, or other programs like these, they can't be downloaded, so remove those programs from your computer.

To block a website...assuming you use IE....go to control panel, internet options, content tab, enable content advisor, approved sites tab, then just enter the web address and hit 'never'.

My college has blocked the torrent downloading i can only able to download the .torrent file but i cant get the speed that is the nodes didnot login bin my utorrent client i have used ultrasurf for the...

You cannot get the speed because they closed the port used by torrent on the main router.
Unfortunately there is nothing to do about this , unless you have direct access to router configuration.
