Try to power your board first see if the HDD light blicks .... if not turn off your computer remove your mem card clean the brass connector for your mem card using a pencil eraser and clean the mem card seats on the board using a brush then re-seat your mem card ... if stil not working replace your mem card with known good mem card if its ok replace your mem card


if theHDD light blink and no display check your video card clean your video card from dust build ups and also clean the brass connector using pencil eraser clean also the video card seat using a brush if your video card doesn't work have it replace

if your using a built in video card use an add on video card

    if non of this solution work then you got a problem with the board common cause is a toasted capacitor that power the memory card

Help me fix a Parsing error in file C:\program files\HP\ Digital Imaging\bin\hp\qsclo\1033.xml.

In the following location there is a file called hpqscloc.dll. Right click the file and choose Properties.
Go to Version tab. What is the version of your dll? Mine is 120.0.26.58

Try double clicking the 1033.xml. Is there any error message when you do so?

When I try to open the HP Solution Center I get the error message: Parsing error in file c:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqsdoc\1033.xml

This message is because Microsoft XML services are having a problem.Here is what you could do to fix.
Step 1: Uninstall All-in-One software
Step 2: Restart the computer
Step 3: Install the Windows installer 3.0

Step 4: Download and install MSXML

System error 4-00

your problem is displaing 4-00 error code but it is not clear code befor 4-00 any alphabatic latter is displaing so, please tell full error code

like H-4-00

if H-4-00 code then go to dignostic code and press 14 and then press start button then wait it will rest your error code


it will restart it self after 1 second

now can strart your work machine is working ok,
