One of my dryer fins fell off how to get it back on

Look inside the drum at the place where the fin was on the drum.
Do you see any screw holes now showing?
That will tell you that you need to take the machine all apart and re-fasten the fin on with some screws, unless the holes are stripped out in the fin itself, in which you will need to get a little bigger screws, or buy a new fin.
Oh yes, I have been using an epoxy cement in a tube that has 2 chambers, and this may help you.
I think it would work here, but will not be strong enough to glue the fin back on.
I sort of think it would stand the heat if you used it to help secure the screws into the fin.
Honestly, to me the new fin sounds " hard to get".
Be blessed.

Fin on gas dryer loose.

The model number is generally inside the door or door jamb area. The top must be removed to access the drum to tighten the screws to the fin

Dryer fin on model MDE7400AYW fell off.

Take the door off. Do this by first loosening the screws on the hinge.
Then loosen the screws on the left (they hold on a plastic flange-type thing) that hold the front panel on. Once it's loosened, then the door hinge will have room to wiggle out.
Once the door is off, then the front panel will swing down--and you can lift it off the flanges that hold the bottom of the door.
Now you have access to the drum and can reinstall the fin.

DRYER FIN IN DRUM IS COMING LOOSE

Unplug the dryer, remove the door hinge screws that go into the cabinet and the two screws on the opposite side of the door opening, then the front panel can be removedby starting at the top. Once the front is off, there are two screws, one to each side that hold the top on, remove these and raise the top. You can rotate the drum by hand and the baffles are held on by the screws on the outside of the drum. Reassemble in reverse order.

Loose Tumbler Fin In dryer

most maytag dryers have push type clips that hold the top to the front. look between the top and front with a light and find them about 3-4 inches from the outer edges. once you get the top up then there will be screws that hold the drum baffles to the drum. just put a new screw in them and all will be ok. no need to replace them, just use new screws.
