You will need the service tech sheet...it should be located in the control panel.
On your display do you have any error codes displayed?
How are the temperatures in the freezer and refrigerator sections?

If you have never used a volt meter or have not repaired or checked incoming power or experience with electronics I suggest you call for service.
If you have a volt meter and you have power to the refrigerator check the incoming power to the control panel.
Post answers and results of power check please.

Seems everthing is good but the touch pad....
Touchpad must be bad,,,,,you can take it out and look it over....maybe see some black mark or melted on it,but usually you will not see any witness marks on them,much like if your keyboard goes bad.

my touchpad power is on. The fridge temp is at 38, the freezer is at 0. the door alarm LED is green. However, the touch keys themselves are not responsive, and I can't adjust the temperature.
