There shuld be a Print Screen button on yout keyboard. Once you have pressed Print Screen go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint.
Once the Paint program is open hold CTRL + V or go to the toolbar and click Edit > Paste.
It should now paste the screenshot in the paint program. You can now save it as a .jpeg image file.
