Theres no specific order for power supply wires. Just make sure it is disconnected from a power source and connect the Motherboard and optical drive cables to their respective plugs(plugs are standard for most motherboards).

There are 4 wires with disconnects on them. I think they are high beam, low beam, supply, some thing else. What are wire colors and locations of the 4 terminal connections to the switch?

Sounds like someone has added some other lights. Fog maybe. Under carriage? You will just need to trace them. Factory wires don't have quick disconnects...

Check the contactor for power to the coil. You may have not gotten that contactor wire connected to the input power lead when you re-connected your Timer. Also check for 12VDV on both sides of the contactor. You may have 12VDC in but nothing out which means the contactor is not energizing.
Power for the contactors' coil is supplied either with manual selected or Auto and the timer set times are active.
Yu need to find out why the contactor is not being powered. In your case I just think it is a missing wire connection due to the fact that it was fine before you moved it.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,

The ground wire bacame disconnected and need to

On this particular vehicle the blower is supplied power all of the time. The hvac control head supplies the power to the blower resistor to operate the blower. If the wire is actually broken, you need to repair it, or obtain a manual from a local parts store to track it, If the wiring looks ok you will more than likely need to replace the control head in the dash which would be least expensive and easily obtainable at a junkyard.

Use nps-330ab for a normal power supply

You need to ground pin 14 momentarily to turn the power supply on. Pin 10 provides +12v, pin 12 provides -12v. Diagram here.
