Re: My Hotpoint wdm73 won't drain. how do I fix it?
- You will need to gain access to the drain pump through the bottom of the Washing machine. Remove the Drain hoses from the pump, clear any debris, change, etc. If it is clear, or the error continues after clearing, replace the drain pump.
- If you replace the drain pump and it still won't drain, you will need a new Control Board.
