That happens all the times when first print job encounter a problem and stops printing and it was followed by series of print jobs. Some reasons for stop printing could be a printer out of paper and printer not set as default printer.
The best way to fix it is to cancel all pending jobs. When print jobs window is cleared off pending print jobs, restart your PC and your printer. Then go to your printer and make sure it is the default printer.
After that try printing a test page. Once a test page is successful, you can now print as many as you want.
Everytime I try to send a picture to my friends it says, The message is queue is full. Try removing items from your pending folder. Now i have no idea where the pending folder is. So now i can't even send a pic. So please please help!!!!
This solution works
1. On the taskbar, click Start, and then click Run.
2. Enter the following: net stop spooler (and hit enter)
3. Delete all files in the following folder:
C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Printers
4. Once the spool files are deleted, start the spooler again: net start spooler
You need to go to 'Printers' in Windows, and click on the document in the window to highlight it. Then one of the menu items gives you the option of deleting it. Turning the machine off does not stop it because the print is held in Windows until the printer says 'thanks, done that', and if Windows senses that the print sequence has failed it simply tries again - and this happens, of course, when you turn the printer off and on again. Werry irritating.
the print spooler is not letting it print cancel the pending jobs you will be able to print fine keep on cancelling the documents unless the icon shows 0 document pending ....
