You are overloading your machine, and in mid-cycle, the clothes are becoming out of balance. Try running the dryer with smaller loads. You will find that the clothes will come out of the dryer with fewer wrinkles, and that your items will be less likely to be damp after a drying cycle. If you continue to overload your machine, you risk breaking of belts or otherwise damaging your machine. You also may decrease the life of the clothes you dry since overloading is also hard on seams and fabrics.

What is the model number of the unit?

Error code 3 indicate that the control board and the motor are either not communicating.

No erro codes to the console correct?

If so see if the machine will complete a Spin Only cycle with no clothes in the wash basket. Set the Spin setting to Spin/Hang dry seting and start the cycle. It should take about 10 min complete. Does the Spin Only cycle complete with no clothes in the wash basket?

remove the lower front panel and look to see where the electric pump hooks up to a hose and than the hose to the tub probly have a small article blocking the drain

It sounds like your drain pump is going. Neptunes are suppose to neqarly dry the clothes with how fast it spins. A poor drain pump/motor, could cause this to be less effective. There could also be something in the drain lines. I would check that before you pay money on a pump though.
