I have a Splendide 2000 that wont do anything at all on any of the wash settings. It will however work fine on the dry cycles. What are your thoughts on this problem? Thanks for your time.
I have exactly the same issue. The door normally locks, but doesn't do anything on wash.
I have a Splendide 2000 WD280D, wouldn't start in any wash cycle, dry worked fine. Bypassed the door switch, works like it should again. Took 15 minutes and one screw driver. I found the info on how to do it in their Training Material. Just need to order a new switch now.
Can you describe how to bypass the door switch?

I found that by bypassing the door switch the unit worked well. Now I will order a new switch and we are back in business. Thanks, Mike

We have been using our washer/dryer (Splendide 2000) regularly for the past 8 years. All of a sudden, it doesn't want to spin the water out of the unit. I have checked the drain (clogging) and the drain hose (kink) to no avail. This has happened several times with me switching from cycle to cycle (spin) and it will finally start working for a couple of weeks and then the same problem.
I think it must be a switch going out? Any ideas?

I have the basically the same problem specified above. The drum motor on my 9 year old Splendide 2000 will not start in the washing mode nor in the in the drying mode. In the washing mode there is a wooshing sound going from the machine which almost sounds like an agitator running back and forth in a conventional agitator style washing machine.
