take everything apart and put it back together
this will reset the phone

GL dont be stupid you cant reset any phone by taking it apart try master reset by dialing *2767*3855#

If it ask for password try first to key in (8 zeros) 0000000 this is the default lock password.
if still locked try to reset EEPROM by using this code

*2767*3855# : Full EEPROM Reset ( THIS CODE REMOVES SP-LOCK!! ) or

*2767*2878# : Custom EEEPROM Reset
