Probeer:
Well, once reset you will need to login to the interface and resetup all
the connection information. You can do that from the WEB interface
just logon and reset. No special software (except a web browser) is
needed.
I think the SMC default address is
http://192.168.2.1 just log on and set it up. Resetting just restores the factory defaults, it does not erase the system.
Rarely does a router need software on a computer. Even the linksys that
have a big sticker USE CD FIRST -- its only there for those who don't
understand routers!

i have same problem and i have tried to fix it with firmware stuffs. My part number is 752.8576 and i downloaded those 4 firmwares and tried them all but it still says incorrect firmware image or something. Once i write 192.168.2.1 it goes to some "Recovering Tool" site, and i cant use my internet through my router but i can use net through my modem.. PLZ help
