When I insert a Fujifilm 2Gb SD memory card in to my Pentax optio S6, the screen will switch on but nothing else works. Any ideas ?

    No but I've read that it will not work with 2GB cards

The manual specifies SD cards up to 1GB. Cards bigger than 2GB are actually SDHC (SD High Capacity) cards and will not work in SD devices. 2GB cards may work; try at your risk.
