Error 931
In most cases this error has something to do with the printers LVPS (Low Voltage Power Supply ).
If the printer is connected to power surge, try to connect it to an outlet from the wall. Do an An AC power check - check the AC line voltage at the end of the AC line cord. If the Ac line cord is incorrect, replace the cord.
Also check if the cord is in good condition. if not, replace the cord. If you still get the same errror, you may need to replace the printers' LVPS.
