My first bet is on a dead power-inverter. Get it replaced if you can still see a very darkened picture. OR... if there's no picture at all, call warranty support or take it to a repair shop. Also, if you're fine with electronics, I can guide you step-by-step to diagnose the fault.
Make sure the plug in on the back of the monitor is plugged it tight and the one on the back of the computer is as well.
best of luck
Here are some steps that should solve your problem.
1. Make sure your VGA/DVI/HDMI cord is plugged in securely to your desktop and the back of the monitor.
2. Turn off your computer, unplug the VGA/DVI/HDMI cord from your computer and the monitor.(it should be a black cable with a blue or white adapter on the end)
3. Plug the cable back in to the computer and monitor and turn computer back on.
4. If that still doesn't work, try a different port on the back of your computer or video card. The ports should be colored blue or white and the cable only fits in those type of ports.
It should be working after that. If it still isn't working then try:
1. Replacing your VGA/DVI/HDMI cord(the cord that connects to your monitor and desktop)
