SOURCE: T3 electric wall oven - Temperature set buttons

I had the same problem. The entire control panel had to be replaced. That included the display, keypad and all the hardware behind it.. it's one integrated unit. Luckily I had the extended warranty, otherwise it would have cost close to $400.

My 5 yr old maytag d/w: When door is shut, all the lights on the panel flash. Nothing happens when any of the buttons are pushed. Is there a reset button?

You have to check the user guide for resetting. There will be set of keys to be pressed and set. It varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Your local service provider can help you.

I do not know how to set my daughters digital watch from walmart. It does not have a manual.

  • Take a look at your watch. While models and brands vary, you'll find a few things in common on almost all of them. First, they'll have different modes of operation. A typical digital watch may have modes for time, stopwatch, date, alarm and timer, to name a few. Look on your watch for a button labeled "mode." Press it several times to see what's available. Typically the watch will display the name of each mode as you push the button repeatedly. When you've found the mode you want to adjust, stop there.
  • Step 2 Look for a button that is labeled "set" or "adjust" on your watch. The location will vary, depending on the brand of watch you own. Press in and hold this button. After a few seconds, the time (or whatever mode) you have selected will begin to flash. In most cases, you'll need to select the item you want to adjust (minutes or hours) by pressing "mode" again. Once the portion you want is flashing, you're ready to adjust it.
  • Step 3 Press a button to advance the parameter (hours or minutes) that you've selected. This button may or may not be labeled. If it isn't labeled, you'll have to experiment with different buttons. Once you've set the first parameter, change to the second by pressing "mode." Follow the same routine to adjust. To exit, you'll typically press the "set" button.
  • Best I can do for you not seeing the watch Good luck

My 7 year old GE Profile Side by Side will not get

    Self Diagnostics
To enter Self Diagnostic mode, both temperature control panel displays must be illuminated. A display
can be illuminated by pressing an adjacent temperature adjustment button. When both displays are
illuminated, set the freezer and refrigerator temperature settings to 5. Simultaneously press and hold all
4 temperature adjustment buttons for approximately 3 seconds. A flashing 0 in the refrigerator and
freezer displays will indicate that the refrigerator is in Self Diagnostic mode.

For temperature control panels with single-digit displays, the COLDER temperature adjustment button
will increment the numbers up and the WARMER temperature adjustment button will increment the
numbers down. Use the freezer temperature adjustment buttons to enter the test code number in the
freezer display. Use the refrigerator temperature adjustment buttons to enter the test code number in
the refrigerator display. When a test code has been entered, the displays will flash to confirm the test.
Press the HOLD button for 3 seconds to begin the test.
For temperature control panels with 3-digit displays, the COLDER temperature adjustment button will
increment the numbers down and the WARMER temperature adjustment button will increment the
numbers up. Use the freezer temperature adjustment buttons to enter the test code number in the
freezer display. Use the refrigerator temperature adjustment buttons to enter the test code number in the refrigerator display. When a test code has been entered, the displays will flash to confirm the test
code. Press any button other than a temperature adjust button to begin the test.
When testing has been completed, do one of the following things:
    • Enter code 1 5 to completely reset the system.
    • Enter code 1 6 to exit diagnostic mode. GSS manual

    Flash problem

I believe you're pushing the wrong button. The way to turn the flash on/off is to push the top part of the ring that surrounds the "FUNC SET" button. This is the same ring that you push left/right to scroll backward/forward through the pictures you've already taken. Similarly, you push the bottom of that ring to turn the "macro" function on/off. Hope this helps.

Lg lre30451sw oven the start button doesn't work

This happened to me on Christmas Day morning & it happened once before. I finally remembered how I fixed it. Push the "Clear" button & then push the "Start" & keep it held in until you see the lock button light up (takes awhile) & then push the "Clear" button again. After I did this the "Clock" worked again - reset the clock to the correct time & push "Start" Then click on "Bake" set your temperature & push "Start". Hope this works for you. It got me out of cooking Christmas Dinner, but I fixed it today!!

    Oven Temperture adjustment

On my Epicure, you are supposed to press the bake selector pad then press the + button to set the temperature to 500 degrees or higher.  Then hold the bake button for 5 seconds.  The temp display is replaced by 00.  Release the bake pad and use the - or+ buttons to adjust the temperature in 5 degree increments.  When finished push cancel (or just do nothing).  Good luck.  I tried this and my oven kind of went haywire.  It decreased the temp by much more than the 10 degrees I had set it too.  May be something else wrong with my oven though?
