check the operator settings MO send MO to your Mobile operator and you will recieve settings just save it thats all and enjoy

you just cant open an mms if your phone doesnt support mms .

To access this service you must have some setting on your mobile, which connects you to Airtel server for Internet and provides a authentication. To get the setting directly to your mobile just SMS "MO" (Withot Quotes) to 2567 [Toll Free]. Within few Minutes [or sometimes Hours] you will get those setting to your mobile.
Airtel will send those "Airtel Live" and "Airtel GPRS" [Mobile office] and "Airtel MMS" setting to your mobile free of cost in form of SMS, you need to save them and activate any of the service to use it.
To activate the Airtel GPRS [i.e. Mobile office] Just send "GPRSACT" (Withot Quotes) to 511[Toll Free]. Within 4Hrs your Airtel GPRS will be activated. To deactivate it send "GPRSDEACT" (Withot Quotes) to 511 [Toll Free] and your service will be deactivated within 4Hrs. To use this service you must have balance of 15Rs+. and it will charge you 15Rs/Day.
To activate the Airtel LIVE Just send "LIVEACT" (Withot Quotes) to 511[Toll Free]. Within 4Hrs your Airtel LIVE will be activated. To deactivate it send "LIVEDEACT" (Withot Quotes) to 511 [Toll Free] and your service will be deactivated within 4Hrs. Same for this service, to use this service you must have balance of 15Rs+. and there is NO CHARGE for activating this service, You will be charged per KB you download.

AccountName:- AIRTELLIVE Homepage:- http://live.airtelworld.com Username:- BLANK Password:- BLANK UserPrefferedAccessPointSettings : NO ACCESS POINT SETTINGS Proxy:- ENABLE Proxyaddress:- 100.1.200.99 Proxyport:- 8080 Databearer:- PACKETDATA BEARER SETTINGS..... PacketDataAccessPoint :- NORMAL UserName:- BLANK Password:- BLANK go back and select AIRTELLIVE. AIRTEL MMS SETTINGS............ Steps and setting is same as above,but some steps r different which r as following.. In personal configuration settings add new MULTIMEDIA... AccountName :- AIRTELMMS ServerAddress :- http://100.1.201.171:10021/mmsc ProxyAddress:- 100.1.201.172 ProxyPort:- 8799... *** back and activate it...then go 2 MESSAGES AND THEN SELECT MULTIMEDIA MSG SETTINGS...now select configuration settings..under configuration SELECT "AIRTELMMS"

The password has been reseted to 0000 or 1234 or whatever it was when you bought the phone.. Enter that password..

the best way is reset or restore factory settings your phone and ask your service provider to send a settings of GPRS and MMS then save it. maybe it will solve your problem.
