Remove the battery and the memory card, and disconnect from computer, now push power and hold for at least 60 seconds to reset the processor ic, install memory card and battery, turn on camera settings should return to normal, if not! the systems control board is the problem.
If the memory says it is full when not, reformat the memory card. Take out the memory card and put it in a card reader. Hook it up with your computer. Go to My Computer. Look for the card reader. Right Click on it and click FORMAT. Formatting option is also available in the camera menu.
Are you saying that you just use the internal memory instead of a memory card? If so, there's nothing we can do to help you. At this point, your computer has lost the ability to recognize your camera probably due to Windows updates.
True. Camera batteries, along with cell phone batteries, have something called a memory. What's best to do is initially when you get it to run it until it won't turn on the first time, charge it up fully and run it to empty again, and on the third time it should have developed a battery memory to last that long. By putting it on the dock too early you are setting the lower limit of the battery and when it says empty there could still be up to 15% left on your battery. Good luck and I hope you have fun with your new camera!
Which size has the memory card? More than 1GB?
The spec for the SD card format is going to 2GB but the Kodak C330 not compatible with 2 GB SD memory cards.
But try an firmware upgrade. Maybe the supporting now the 2 GB memory cards. Why download firmware version 1.07? This firmware version improves memory card compatibility and provides general performance updates. KODAK EASYSHARE C330 Zoom Digital Camera Firmware
try doing a format with the camera. check your manual to see how to do this with your camera. Beware, formatting will erase anything on the card. i actually had the same problem with my camera, and this worked for me. Sometimes new flash cards are not compatible off the shelf--they need to be formatted. You should have at least flash cards to be sure card is not defective. Let me know if this helps!
