I want to trasfer my vhs tapes to a disc is this possible

Recorded from tv shows to DVD Disc have to hookup AV RCA component cables to both to Tv and DVD recordable player model connections together.Yes,u will able to recordable VHS tapes to DVD Discs.But ur DVD player model u have it is must be a recorderable DVD player model?Not just a DVD Discs and VHS tapes player only model.Check ur owner manual all are in there.

I have researched the manual for this particular device and you will not be able to convert/record VHS tapes to DVD discs. You can however record content from a DVD to VHS tape as this model only has a readable disc player not a DVD burner. Sorry, but you may want to research DVD recorders that also have VHS playback.

No,this can be done only copyright materials through the VHS box converter run through a computer with a programs call copy decoders programs.Than u can copy VHS copy protected matrials.Than u reburn it back to DVD disc.So this require alot of work,time and money so not worth it to copy commercially VHS tapes to DVD Disc.

a while ago many vhs tapes had a protection sceme to prevent copying, i forget the namee right now, "something" vision" i think. it may be the vhs and not dvd disc.

Sounds like you see head switching from the tape. Most TV are over scanned enough to hide it.

Should be straightforward: audio and video out from VCR goes to audio and video in on your DVD recorder. If using computer, they go into same inputs on AV card or dongle. Your AV capture software should take it from there.

Any DVD will work in most players, but some are quirky; if so, try DVD+R.

Commercially produced tapes usually have some form of copy protection that cannot be overcome without the use of third-party devices, which may or may not be legal. I'm no expert on copyright law, let alone a lawyer, so I don't know. I do know that if one has the rights to make a copy, devices in the class of "image stabilizers" seem to make it possible in many cases.

I'm sorry, but according to zenith xbv323 VCR/DVD combo user's manual page 24 you can ONLY copy DVD to VCR and not the other way

Direct copy VCR to DVD:
- Insert VHS tape you want to copy
- Insert a recordable DVD disc
- Press DVD copy button on front panel or remote control (to DVD).
- To stop recording press the stop button.

IMPORTANT: If attempting to copy copyrighted material the Samsung DVD-VR320 will detect the encoding and will not allow the copy to be made.

Try using DVD/RW disks with pausing the recording when you change VHS tapes.
