That error code generally indicates that there is an issue with the fuser unit, usually directly associated with the thermistor. Turn off the machine and wait 30 seconds, if it appears again, your only real option is to call Ricoh, or an authorized service company.
Is this actually a Ricoh Aficio 1013F, or another model, because "CH551" is not a ricoh service code?Do you mean "SC551" If so, this is a fuser "triac" problem (basically a fuse in the heater unit). It can only be reset in service mode after the problem is fixed...and will require a tech.
Start by pressing clear modes, 1, 0, 7, and press and hold clear/stop. enter copy sp, select 7 fot data log, scroll to 7807, and execute. exit all the way out, and recycle the power. See if that does not fix your problem.
