Hi Doug. To change your profile pic go to your timeline page and simply hover the cursor over your profile pic, and a bit shows across the bottom of it saying 'Update Profile Picture' Click on that and it gives you options to either upload a pic from your computer or take one on your cam and post it.
To post photo's to others page, just go to your photo's and choose the one/s you want to post, and hover the mouse over the bottom /underneath the pic and options come up for tagging friends into the pic, or sharing them, etc. To tag them, click anywhere on the pic and a box with a list of your friends comes up, just click on whosever name you want to send the pic to.

Facebook includes a photo album creation feature that allows
you to upload pictures to your profile to share with friends.
The option lets you to transfer multiple photos
simultaneously to Facebook's website.
Conversely, Facebook also allows you to delete several
photos at once using the album editing feature.
Those not acclimated to the process, however, can have
trouble clearing photos since some of Facebook's photo album-editing links are
small and difficult to spot.
Locate the proper links to find your album's customization
page.
Visit Facebook's home page and log into your account.
Click "Profile" at the top-right corner of the
page to view your profile.
Click the
"Photos" link below your profile picture on the left side of the
page.
Click the album for which you want to delete multiple
photos.
The album's photos appear.
Click the "Edit Album" link above the photos.
A dialog box appears with basic options.
Click the "Edit Photos" link at the bottom-left
corner of the dialog box.
The album-editing page appears.
You can also click the "Delete Album" option on
the bottom of the dialog box to delete every photo in the album.
Click the "Delete This Photo" box beneath each
photo you want to delete.
Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the

When you upload photos to Facebook, they get stored in photo
albums.
The Wall and Mobile albums exist by default, while other
albums are user-created.
You can delete entire albums at once to save time.
Once you've deleted an album, though, there is no way to
recover it or the photos it contained.
If you change your mind, you will have to upload your photos
again.
Log in to Facebook.
Click on the "Profile" tab or picture of you in the upper-right corner of the

Click on the "Photos" link on your timeline page.
Click on the photo album that you wish to delete.

If you're already logged in. The current page that is displayed is your Home Page.
1. Click the "Profile" menu on top of your page. (That will open up your profile page.)
You can see menus below your Profile picture such as (Wall, Info, Photos, Notes, friends).
2. Now click "Photos(##)". You should see the album where you uploaded your photos.
Hi! This is to clear things out for you. What you press on the left part of your homepage, the Photos under News Feed is actually the photos of your friends that was recently uploaded in facebook.
If you want to view your own photos, then what you will need to do is click the Profile on the upper right portion of your homepage. Once in the Profile page, just above your comment box your will find the Wall, Info, Photos etc...tab. Click the Photos tab, and all of your own photos will appear.
to remove a photo from your page you will need to be signed in. Once signed in, you can go to your profile, and then your photos. Locate the photo and select "delete this photo" on the bottom right hand side of the page.
If it's NOT your photo but a photo of you, then you can remove the tag!
Regarding your friends photo, she probably has a higher security setting that is not allowing you to see it.
Your Facebook account remains yours even if you cancel. If all that happened is that the wrong picture was uploaded, you can change that. Log into Facebook. Click on Profile at the top of the web page. Click on Photos tab at the top area of the profile page. Click the photo you want to change and select change profile picture Link is above the photo)
Facebook accounts are based on email addresses. Your account, once confirmed, will have friends you have added, photos you have uploaded, and postings made by your friends and family. Your account could have the same friends as someone else. They are called mutual friends. Please add more information to clarify the problem if this does not help your situation.
