It can be due to unstable power supply, T-CON board, main board, backlights inverter board.
You need to do in-depth troubleshooting to narrow down the problem, please read my guide first if you are going to DIY repair or not.

Or www.digikey.com, just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current and long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
