I have a w620 that the tub keeps filling up when not in use, and it just started filling really slowly and not washing the detergent into the tub. I assume the inlet valve/solenoid is failing, is it possible to get parts for this washer so I can repair it myself?

Ec5: Overloaded or insufficient water.
1. Your load of clothes is too large. Wash smaller loads.
2. If the water inlet valve is defective, the wash may fill slowly or not fill at all. The water inlet valve requires sufficient water pressure to function properly. First, check the water pressure to determine that it is adequate. If the water pressure is adequate, see #1. try cleaning the screens inside the water inlet valve hose connection ports. If the washer still fills slowly, replace the water inlet valve.

Rather hard to understand your problem from the wording in the question but what I understand to be the case is that your tub fills up with water and overflows after the cycle is finished. Perhaps overnight water slowly fills the tub. This is due to the water inlet valve not shutting off all the way. The Inlet valve assembly needs to be replaced.
The problem can actually be caused by the water inlet valve leaking by, or a faulty pressure switch. Both are fairly simple to replace. The following link explains how to diagnose the problem:

Close the water supply valve and allow the machine to completely drain the water from the tub. Turn off the machine and disconnect it from the power outlet. Open the water supply valve. Replace the water inlet valve if water drips into the tub when the machine is off.

Sound like the inlet valve coil may be shorted. Remove console and check wires from water valve to control. If wires look ok, the inlet valve has a problem
Check to see if there's good water volume coming through the hoses attached to the washing machine. If there is, check to see if the screens inside the water-inlet valve are clean. (The water-inlet valve is the device on the washing machine that the fill hoses are attached to.) If they're clean, you probably have a defective water-inlet valve. Yes, the only other thing I would do and you may have done this is to put the hose directly over in the washer tub and turn the water on to check the flow. If that's good then replace the water valve.
