My Nokia 3310C is infected with virus. I am unable to retrieve the contacts stored in the phone. It is not allowing me to backup or see contacts when connected to a PC. The contacts are still there in the phone memory. It is not allowing me to copy the phone contacts to SIM memory. The SIM is working fine - no issues to the SIM.

Switch-off your phone.

1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone.

Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!

2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory settting.

Opppps........It's hard to say this, but am sorry you cannot browse on Nokia 3310c

I faced the same problem however I tried many ways and finally solved it. It is very simple just go to Settings/Security/Security level and change it to none or phone.
