It only showing the samsung logo but not starting or showing anything

Hello.
Go to this link: http://www.samsung.com/in/support/detail/supportPrdDetail.do?menu=SP01&prd_ia_cd=&prd_mdl_cd=&prd_mdl_name=SGH-E250 Click software and then Download Samsung PC Studio. Then install it.
Connect the phone using a USB cable ( you have instructions on the screen if you need them). Then click Upgrade Mobile Phone.
WARNING! Have a FULL battery and do not disconnect the phone until after the update is done!!!
By this you will update the software inside the phone and it could fix the problem.
If the phone is not recognized by the software you just have to take it to a Samsung dealer. There is no safe way to try to fix it.
