Page loads up then changes to a blank page why?

go to settings select the app and clear all data. select app then sign in again.

That is just your default "blank" startup page. You can change it your web browser.

IE - Tools > Internet Options. In General there is Home page field for you to customize.

Other browsers have similar settings.

Turn the computer on while pressing F1 several times as it loads.
Did it load?
Now try same procedure but press F8 instead.This opens the BIOS setup page.Don't change anything but 'save changes and exit'.

Do you mean "about:blank"?

This is when you do not have any website entered on your address bar. There is a setting on your browser that uses the blank page as the home page so that whenever you open your browser it will not load any website, then you may type your preferred website in the address bar. If you would like to setup a home page, follow the steps below:

If you are using Internet explorer:

Go to Tools -> Options. On the drop down button beside "When Firefox starts" select Show my home page, then enter any website that you prefer on the home page field.

hi, i'm trying to log in as well, but my page looks like its loading and screen stays blank, if and when it does load it says 2 items left to download and sit there doing nothing
