go to the place you bought your stroller from.. they should stock spare parts... mothercare to a large range of prams pushchairs and strollers check there :)
Unfortunately Britax only keeps their parts in stock for 5 years if the stroller is older than that they do'nt have,it is unfair, I tried to get some parts for my toni but they said it is to old.
Are you sure you called Inglesina USA. They had sent me replacement parts, i.e. seat cover ripped by the airline company during our travel. The customer service is the best. Try new baby land put in on google make and model and put spares or replacement parts it will bring up newbady land click on this and it shows a stroller with the part numbers on it you can order on line .
Sorry, I can't help you but wanted to let you know that the same thing happened to me and calling the company didn't do me much good. They didn't really understand the problem and wanted me to send it to a repair guy in Massachusettes to fix it, but I think it is probably not fixable and I just need a new one.
