Error code 1102 pretty much the same across all kyocera based machines i think. Normally means that the MFD cannot find the outgoing mail server, hostname etc. Compare TCP/IP setup with that of LAN. Check firewall/security settings on mailserver/host.

This error indicates a problem with user name, password or domain name. Username/Password or Shared Name/Folder Name. Domain name is not entered.

C6400 indicates that the engine board is not recieving the correct signal.
I would suggest that you turn off the machine and ensure that the cable that runs from the document feeder at the top rear of the machine into the connector on the rear of the machine (if fitted) is securly tightened.
You can also try turning the machine off at the wall for 10 minutes.
If this fails you will need to call out a technician.

The 1102 error code means that the login user name is incorrect or the domain name has not been entered. You may need to reneter the login user name, domain name and password.
