When I try to log in to kp.org my password is not accepted. I am a long-time Kaiser member!

There are two possible passwords you may wish to reset. The hardware may have a password (called a BIOS password) and the operating system may have a password (Not surprisingly called a "operating system password." ) In Windows to reset the password can be tricky if you don't have the tools and each version of Windows may have a different procedure. I could, of course, write a book here on all the possibilities, but without knowing what version of Windows or other operating system, I would be at it for a long time.


Finally, in re-reading you question I see that you say "Kp org" It may surprise you, but we really don't know all the lingo used in the industry. Perhaps "kp org" is the name of your pc? A software package? Your ??? You see, when you send us a question you must take time to really spell out what you are asking. Abbreviations are nice but with millions of them out there I doubt anybody recognizes them all...or even close to all of them. So spell out the laptop you have, the version of the operating system and whatever "kp org" might mean and I'm sure you will get a better answer.

What comes up when you point your web browser at http://www.kp.org ?

kp.org or pp.org. I have no idea what you mean. Take it up with support if there's any. Most good websites have support.

how do i activate my temporary password

i have temporary password but can not activate it

tried to access my records -- must be doing something wrong....cannot get anywhere near to it -- got all the sites for insurance quotes, etc., -- instructions say to click on "member" - cannot find it on any page -- would like to see a general "Kaiser Permanente" page appear with choices., ie........insurance quotes, your medical records, send email to doctor, request refill on prescriptions, etc., Then you could just click on that item and get to the page you want. Now closing down and when I have more time I will make a phone call and try to get with it.
