First thing to check would be the bottom and back of the inside of the freezer and see if you have any ice build up if you did this would be a defrost issue you can read more about this if you do have ice by clicking this link http://applianceoutletservice.com/appliance-care-tips/refrigerator-tips/refrigerator-defrost-system-information.htm another thing you can check is the door seals if you have a rip tear or pinch in the door seals this causes condensation to build up or if you also have water that is on the door there is a line that goes through the bottom of the hinge that brings water to the water dispensor you basicly need to find out where the water comes from remove the rear panel inside the freezer if you dont see ice just to double check there is a small drain hole under the condensor that sometimes also freezes up with ice in some units so look further into where the water is coming from and message me back if you have any further questions and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations in the future Thanks Rick
