SOURCE: action replay problem

Your AR Cartridge probably needs a cleaning. Use some rubbing alcohol and a q-tip and rub it on the pins of the AR Cartridge. Then use a dry q-tip to dry the rubbing alchohol. If that doesn't work then you should probably buy a new AR.

SOURCE: my action replay code manager is empty and I want to add pokemon

You need to restart your action replay.

to do this follow these steps.

1. hold A and B while turning on your DS.

2. at the Nintendo screen hold start and select.(still holding A and B.)

3. Let go when the screen saying, nintendo dose not''blah blah'' this product.

4. Turn off when you see the action replay title screen.

Once restarted try and add a code.
I had the same problem, but i did the above.

SOURCE: hi i downloaded the firmware

  1. Remove any game cartridge from the gba slot and also remove the game cart from the Action Replay itself before you connect your ds to your computer to update your firmware.
  2. If you have a generation 1 Action Replay DS cartridge, you cannot update your firmware to 1.71. You will need to purchase a generation 2 Action Replay DS cartridge.
  3. Retry 3-5 times if you keep getting the protocol error.
  4. If it still isn't working, you may need a new cable or a new AR.

Action replay loads up dual white screens

your version has everything to do with it. i recently found this out. all the dsi versions past 1.4 u doesn't allow the action replay to work basically. either we wait for a action replay update or we find a wait to get the dsi's version to 1.3 something. my fiancee's dsi was at 1.2 u and the action replay worked just fine. i had him update it to the newest version which is 1.4.5 u and it doesn't allow the action replay to work. i know i didn't really help but for the longest time i thought my action replay was broken and then i just found out that it's the dsi instead. sorry mate

I updated my dsi and now my action replay will not work.how do i remove the update

there is no known way to remove the update or downgrade your dsi device. your only hope is to wait for a new action replay firmware update that will let it bypass the new dsi firmware restrictions. please rate my solution, good or bad.

you have to downgrade your system to 6.20. thats the only supporting firmware ar psp could run on. and plus, the server is currently down and it will take time to fix it. i received this info from datel customer service via email. im guessing about 1 month for the ar server to work.

My action replay dsi works fine w/ all my games apart from pokemon white version. The problem is i press start game, and then it sticks on the same screen, but doesn't go blank is there a way to...

Cheat devices do not have 100% game compatibility. It is entirely possible that all your other games could work fine and this one wont. In order to have the best chance of making your new game compatible download the latest firmware/software for your action replay.

Pokemon black/white support was added in the latest firmware release for the action replay DSI. follow these instructions to update your firmware:

When i load Pokemon White in the action replay when i press start game the action replay freezes

Update your Nintendo DS action Replay to this version 1.71 and it will work the website you can get this at is http://uk.codejunkies.com/search/codes_search.aspx and on the right hand side you will find Help Pokemon Black And White, there you should find Action Replay DS Version 1.71 Firmware Update download it as an winrar then extract it to your desktop and drag the file over the bar with your action replay inserted in the code manager. When it has finished writing the firmware it will disconnect you from your computer and messege will come up saying 'Reboot your NDS now! you do that by switiching it off then when you switched it on it should say version 1.71, Insert Pokemon white after taking out the action replay then press start game when it comes up Nintendo That means it is working and there you have it you can play Pokemon White with codes and it doesn't freeze at all, So Enjoy.

I erased some things i didn't think i would need from the mp3 player (photo folder, etc.) and now when it turns on it just says "Load main image failed, switch to recovery mode"

STEP 1: Soft Reset

Simply press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. The soft reset would refresh the player. After doing the soft reset, try to turn on the player once more. If this didn't resolve your issue continue to step 2.

STEP 2: Firmware Update

Firmware controls the functions of your device (how your device operates). In cases where the product does not perform as intended, the update fixes the issue by replacing the current firmware with the latest enhanced version.

Please be reminded that for your player to work properly you need to meet the requirements below.

- Windows XP SP2 or higher
- Windows Media Player 10 or 11

If you encounter any issues with the Sansa Firmware Updater, we can try to use the Manual Firmware Update.

There are three versions of the Sansa e200 - Version 1, Version 2, and Rhapsody. This can be found by going over to "Settings" if you found "format" then you have a "v2" or look at the back of your player and check the exact model number under the "CE" logo it should say "model:e200" for Version 1; "model:e200 V2" for Version 2; and "model:e200R" for Rhapsody Version. Make sure that you choose the correct firmware version for your device as updating it using the wrong firmware version may render your device useless.

My action replay code manager is empty and I want to add pokemon

Heres your problem, I believe you just recently purchased this AR, the new version of action replay require a software update found on Datel's website, after downloading this software your Domain Suffix of your Optical Drive will automatically replace the program with the newer one. Open up your winsock processor and buffer the Native file of your AR back into your fluxus core before adding codes to your action replay, if this does not fix the problem, submit a complaint to the Datel Hacking Team located at PO box 45265 North Ridge, CA. This whole process should take anywhere from 10-12 weeks to fully resolve
