After removing all the screws and the base, I use thin flat blade screw driver to crack open the case starting at the bottom egde and work your way around, just watch out for any cables attached to the front bezel. The monitor is not made to be easily open up.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
Here is a repair guide for the L196WTQ model that is basically the same unit as the L194WT. The repair guide has pictures and video instruction showing how to open the unit and what to look for on the power supply board. I hope this helps.
