Product keys are unique keys and are different for all copies unless pirated, which is culpable. So forget about the product key and go for what I have been doing for years. Please go to www.openoffice.org and download free a copy of the latest Open Office Suite. Besides being free it is fully compatible with MS Office. Every three months you can download the latest copy to keep abrest withthe latest.

Sounds like you need to input the latest key codes and / or turn on the EMU.
To keep up to date with the latest key codes I use the free toolbar from http://thechatterbox.cc download it, install it to your browser and click on the key for the latest codes.
