Please make sure that your water supply lines are properly connected and turned on. Also, there are typically small filters at the end of the hoses where they connect to the washer. Check those and clean them if necessary.
Since the hoses will be disconnected at that time, flush the lines by running the water into a nearby drain or bucket.

fault code 136 is a hard one possible causes are faulty rotor speed sensor on motor,siezed bearings or rotor,motor windings ,or motor control module, would suggest you get a tech for this one to diagonse correctty ,without proper tools to test eg: rss tester you could cot yourself more money... hope this was some help....:)

Hi just read your posting.Now 1st I need to know which type of pump you have on your machine,Please look underneath the machine for me to the front right.You should see a red or black fan.This is your pump.If you do not have a red or black fan attached to your pump then you have the other type with is held in by 2 screws.Please reply and tell me which pump you have and I can guide you throe the removal and cleaning of the pump.Also is your machine draining into the laundry sink or elsewhere?

reach under to back to the blak flexable pipe and squeeze several times to loosen hair soap gunk eccetera.
start mahine on rinse cyle
it should start to drain on its own

Today my GWL11 made a strange noise but went through the cycles fine. The next load was a different story. It wouldn't completely drain or spin. When I lifted the lid I smelled something electrical burning. I turned it off. We've tried unplugging and restarting but nothing works. It appears that the water pump is dead as well. It's only two years old.
