Android 8.9". When I press the power on button the green android guy comes on. Then the screen turns blue and I can see the word android. The word android is the only thing showing. Sounds like you are in a "Boot Loop". Let's try to break the Boot Loop. Plug the device into the charger, then press and hold the power button for 60 seconds - make sure the device is OFF after the 60 seconds. Let change overnight. Next Day, unplug the device from the charger, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, wait 30 seconds, press and release the power button normally, the device should be out of the Bootloop.

well thats strange,, the tablet has 1 USB 2.0 port and the keyboard connects to that port as its standard.. Its a standard port so all usb 2.0 connects for it is standard.
